Published: The Knot Minnesota!

I’ve been MIA for a bit, but for good reason! I’m feverishly working on compiling blog posts for my Fall 2012 weddings – now that they’ve been sent off for publication, stay tuned!

Speaking of, Katie and Paul have been featured in The Knot Minnesota’s spring/summer issue and I couldn’t be more excited! This is my first wedding-related magazine feature and who better to have it with, than The Knot – the one website I obsessed over while planning my own wedding in 2007! Check it out on newstands in the Twin Cities and throughout MN for the next few months.

Full Swing and a Few Hiccups

We’re in the midst of high wedding season over here at Amber Engfer Photography, which is why you probably haven’t heard from me in a while! That, wrapped up with some seriously ill-timed technical difficulties with my editing program, prepping for our little man’s SECOND birthday, and a dash of cold/flu sickness has gotten me very behind on blogging. If you’ve been following my Facebook page (feel free to like my page while your at it!) you may have seen a few exclusive sneak peeks in the past month – if not, today is your lucky day! I’ve snagged a few minutes out of this glorious Monday to give a quick peek on what I’m working on. Cha Cha Cha Changes!

Ahhh, David Bowie. I’m not afraid to admit I had a huge crush on Bowie in The Labyrinth… the hair, the make-up, the costumes – such a bad boy! :) He really is the king of transformations (well, maybe not the king, but man he had a lot of sweet looks back in the day!) Sort of like my little blog here – she’s made some pretty amazing changes throughout the last few years. Some for good, and some for really NOT good (!) I’ve been playing around with a few upgrade options and finally decided to just go for it! Complete revamp! The whole kit-and-caboodle! Turn and face the strange (or strain or stranger… lots of arguments about bowie lyrics).

Get ready peeps, I’m beyond excited to launch my new site, new brand, and new direction for business. No worries, it means nothing but good for everyone and I really can’t wait, so thought I’d share a quick, but officially NOT official NOR final preview. I’m in love! Hold tight and stay tuned….!
